Some of our customers have it washed once a year, with many of our customers choosing two to three times a year. We get all kinds of exterior growth, bugs, and lots of humidity over the year. 

For you to always have a clean fresh exterior we recommend twice a year.

We dip a soft bristle brush into our soap-mixed water then scrub the window, breaking loose all the dirt and grime on the glass. Next, we use a squeegee to remove all the water from the glass and finish by wiping around the edges of the window with a soft microfiber towel.  On the interior, we use the same process, except that we lay a cozy bath towel down on the floor beneath the windows we are cleaning to catch any dripping. 

Shoe covers are always worn on the inside at all times because we care.

Our gutter cleaning process is a simple 3 step process. 

1. We start by removing any debris from the roof, valleys, and slopes. 

2. We clean out all the gutters placing the debris into garbage bags that we take with us. 

3. We finish by flushing out the gutters with a garden hose if needed and clean up anything that may have fallen to the ground.
