The young men that came out were very professional, respectful, and friendly. They did a great job of cleaning my windows and screens. Some of the windows were hard to open for my wife. They sprayed lubricant on the tracks and they are easier to open now. I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Smith Brothers for an estimate to clean out gutters and downspouts, as we were pretty sure that there were obstructions. The estimate team spent probably 20-30 minutes inspecting and testing water flow. They concluded that there were no obstructions and then re-enacted the tests so we could see how they reached that conclusion. It was a pleasant encounter that provided assurance that we didn’t have a problem. The two were neatly dressed, articulate and upbeat. All in all, a positive experience. I would be strongly inclined to call them again.

Smith Bros did an excellent job. They cleaned all our windows managing to remove quite a bit of calcium deposits from previous owners. Power washed our driveway and wooden deck out back extremely well and cleaned debris from our gutters. Super nice guys, very thorough and professional. We use them every year for our windows. This year they helped us with power washing our driveway and front door stone bases and some stone window aprons. They did a great job and if they need to treat any areas again to deep clean them, they will. I am very picky on who I use to do any work at my house to include window cleaning. Many years ago I bought all the equipment to do it myself. (Yes there is more equipment than just water, soap and paper towels). And I did it myself for many years because I thought no one cares about my windows more than I do. Then I met Paul at a home show. We talked for a while and I was very impressed with how dedicated and knowledgeable he was about the art of window cleaning. He was offering a show deal that I couldn’t pass up. Needless to say I’ve used him ever since. He and his brother Frank are so passionate about what they do. A couple of days ago I received a phone message from them that they were running a special of $199 for 20 windows! This was a no brainer. After they were out Paul followed up to check on my satisfaction. How great is that? Smith Brothers Window Cleaning is a very dedicated and professional company and makes sure you are are happy with the perfectly cleaned, streak-free windows at your house or company. Wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

I am so impressed with the quality of service from Smith Brother’s Window Cleaning. After they left my home I noticed a few areas of concern. I called them after hours, very very late, on a Friday. Since they are closed on Saturday and Sunday, I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until Monday. But to my surprise, I received a call Saturday morning stating they were coming back to fix the problems. They did a great job on our windows. Don’t trust your window cleaning to anyone else, you will be in good hands with Smith Brother’s Window Services. We tried other window cleaners, but none have compared to Smith Brothers. They were thorough, professional, and did an excellent job — both inside and outside of our house with many, many windows. They actually scrub and squeegee windows instead so some who just do a “soft wash” with water only and expect that to actually clean the window. We will definitely use them again!
